More X-mas goodies

Well, it's been a few days since X-Mas ended, but does that mean you can't enjoy some festive images sent to us by Futurama fans? No, of course not. It's only illegal to enjoy them after the new year. So get your asses over to our Christmas / X-Mas / Christmakkah Art Page and feast your eyes on the holidayness.

X-mas goodies

Well it's been about two days and I've gotten 16 various Futurama themed items in my inbox, but people, that just isn't enough. Christmas is only 4 days away! Let's get some more holiday spirit flowing here on CGEF - Email me all your holiday themed items or fear the wrath of Digitally Remastered Darth Vader.
And if that wasn't enough, here's an extra Christmas gift for you techno/trance junkies. Marcus was kind enough to supply us with two smashin' (smashin'?? who say's "smashin'" any more) remixes for your listening pleasure:
The Futurama Jamboree (8.8MB)
The Futurama Sock Hop (7.7MB)

Fryscape needs you!

Idan one of the lead developers of Fryscape (A free Futurama adventure game developed by Futurama fans) told me about a contest to determine the best story line for their adventure game. The best plot will be used in their Adventure game and the winner will get an appearance in the game.

Read the the rules and more details at their site, and help the them continue this awesome project.

Merry Christmakkah!

As you may have guessed, Futurama news has been very slow lately. So let's forget about that for a while and get into the holiday spirit! Marc changed the layout of this site to make it more festive, and now I'm going to take that one step further and ask you, the visitor, for help!

What I want is for you to send me as many holiday related Futurama things as possible! Whether it be a wallpaper, or hand drawn image of Fry with a santa hat on, or a 3D rendering of Santa Zoidberg, or even a winamp holiday skin. ANYTHING! Send it on over to me ASAP and I'll start adding it to a holiday themed page on CGEF.

To get the ball rolling, I added a new holiday themed photo to our Dub the Pic page.

Last but not least, if you still can't figure out what to get your special someone for X-Mas, maybe you'd like to get them their very own hand painted Futurama limited edition cel signed by Matt Groening himself. It's limited to 100 copies, and retails for $450 US dollars at Wonderful World of Animation's website. If the image seems familiar, you'd be correct! It was a month in the 2002 Futurama calendar
